I’m based out of San Francisco, CA, and have been working as a content manager and copywriter in the health and fitness industry for over 5 years. Prior to my work experience, I graduated from Washington State University (Go Cougs!) with a B.A. in strategic communications.

I excel at content strategy, project management, and cross-functional collaboration. I’ve lead the copywriting efforts for email campaigns, paid digital advertising, custom landing pages, video scripts, and more. You name it, I’ve probably done it!

In my free time, I love to cook delicious and nutritious meals, read the next big fantasy novel, and play with my cats, Piper and Cleo.
